Need As Many People As Possible To Help Non-Profit RPG Research May 31st 2019
This is very important!
We need all hands in the greater Spokane area on deck, Friday, May 31st, 5:30 pm to 7:30ish pm at Sky Prairie Park.

There will be snacks and soft drinks too, if that helps.
Bring both yourself and as many friends, and fellow gamers as
you can.
Please, please, help, just by showing up this day. We need as many people as possible, so you are welcome to bring friends and family too if you want.
We have a real problem without fund raising and marketing approach.
Because we work so much with protected populations, we can't show videos and photos of 99% of the work we do.
We have been repeatedly asked, and we need to simulate our programs, this means we need a lot of people to show up and help us May 31st!
Everyone will need to sign releases (available on location), so we can use the photos and videos for promotion purposes to help our non-profit fund raising.
If you don't show up for any other sessions between now and the end of
July, this is the most useful to helping RPG Research at this time.
We _really_ need everyone to show up to shoot promotional photos and
video so we actually have something usable for our fund raising and
marketing campaigns, brochures, website, social networks, etc.
We need to shoot examples of our programs in action:
- Tabletop RPG in the RPG Bus and RPG Trailer
- Live action role-playing of various kinds
- Drum circles and cooperative music
- Reading solo adventure books, and playing solo adventure modules
- Playing electronic rpgs of various kinds, including AR & VR equipment we have.
We need AT LEAST 20-30 people to show up so we have enough different faces for the different shots.
Hawke, who has been a professional photographer and videographer, will be shooting video and photos, and we really, really need you
to help us by showing up and helping. It won't be hard work for you,
you will be engaging in fun activities.
Everyone will need to sign a release so we can use these photos and
clips to help with trying to get fund raising for RPG Research.
You will see a calendar invite from Google soon, PLEASE, Please, say
yes and plan to attend so you can help us.
Thank you!
