Game Offerings
These are the games we offer in our community programs. Tier 1 games tend to be the most accessible to the widest possible audience and the lowest risk for "at risk" youth and adult populations.
- RPG = tabletop role-playing game.
- LRPG = live-action role-playing game
- LARP = live-action role-play
- ERPG = electronic role-playing game (includes audio (ARPG) and computer/console role-playing games (CRPG))
- SABM = solo adventure books / modules
- Number of adventures is the minimum number of adventures we train our game masters to know for their training diploma at each tier
- Developmental age averages used.
Tier 1
- RPG: Be RPG - Introductory adventure (5+ years old)
- RPG/LRPG: No Thank You Evil (NTYE) - 3 adventures minimum (5+ years old)
- RPG: Kids on Bikes (KoB) - 1 adventures minimum (8+ years old)
- RPG: Doctor Who (DWAITS)- 1 intro adventure (9+ years old)
- RPG: Bubblegumshoe - 1 adventures minimum (9+ years old)
- RPG: Basic Fantasy RPG (BFRPG) / BECMI (8+ years old)
- ERPG: NWN:EE
- ARPG: ____ Choice.
- SABM: 1 complete in-print SABM (able to guide others through interactively) (9+ years old)
- RPG: Is there an appropriate FATE adventure? (pending)
Tier 2
- RPG: Become RPG - Introductory adventure (9+ years old)
- RPG: D&D5e - 1 intro adventure (10+ years old)
- RPG: Middle-earth (AiME) - 1 intro adventure (11+ years old)
- RPG: Top Secret New World Order (TS:NWO) - 1 adventure minimum (12+ years old)
- ARPG: Audio Skyrim (pending eval)
- GURPS Lite: Discworld (10+ years old)
Tier 3
- RPG: The One Ring Role-playing Game (TOR RPG) - 1 Introductory 3-part adventure (9+ years old)
- RPG: Star Wars - 1 intro adventure (9+ years old)
- RPG: Star Trek Adventures - 1 intro adventure (9+ years old)
- RPG: GURPS Cops - 1 intro adventure (12+ years old)
- RPG: GURPS Old West - 1 intro adventure (9+ years old)
- 1 Campaign from any one of: Aime (if not previously picked), Doctor Who (if not previously picked), Cops, D&D, or Superhero. (12+ years old)
- CRPG: NWN - 1 custom-self-made intro adventure.
- RPG: Traveller (9+ years old)
- RPG: Warhammer FRP (10+ years old)
- Larp - 1 intro adventure - The Hirelings (12+ years old)
- RPG: Firefly/Serenity - 1 adventure (9+ years old)
- RPG: MERP - 1 adventure (10+ years old)
- RPG: Stargate SG-1 - 2 one-shots (11+ years old)
Tier 4
- RPG: Call of Cthulhu - 1 intro adventure (12+ years old)
- RPG: Diceless RPG (13+ years old (exceptional), otherwise generally 18+ years old)
- RPG: Paranoia (maturity needed else devolves quickly).
- RPG: HERO - 1 adventure (13+ years old though some exceptional advanced cognitively for complexity may be able to handle).
- RPG: Rolemaster - 1 adventure (9+ years old if presented properly, but criticals more 13+ years old).
- RPG: Babylon 5 - 1 campaign (strong social acumen, political, and historical understanding, 13+ years old).
- RPG: GURPS: Steampunk (9+ years old)
